Why not start with a permanent clinic
A permanent clinic would force a fixed address before the demand map is clear. It would also create fixed rent, staffing, and local marketing pressure before the model has enough signal.
Hosted testing days let VitalScan move with demand. If members at a gym, wellness clinic, or recovery center want access to DEXA, bloodwork collection, VO2/RMR, and tracking, VitalScan can plan around that host instead of asking customers to travel to a static clinic.
What hosts bring
The best hosts already have a member base that cares about training, body composition, recovery, longevity, or preventive health. They also have the local trust that makes a testing day feel normal instead of random.
Host locations provide the relationship, space, arrival instructions, local promotion, and an event-day point of contact. They do not need to buy a scanner, build a lab program, manage deposits, send reminders, or run the testing workflow.
